- CafeTea365 gift cards can be used to purchase most items available at cafetea365.com.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase Other Third-party gift cards
- Gift cards are not refundable and not redeemable for cash
- Gift cards do not expire and have no fees.
- Only one (1) gift card may be used per purchase.
- Weekly Gift Card cannot be bundled, except for referral bonus. Referral
Bonus can be bundle with 1 week bonus. - Referral bonus will be added to your account after leads purchase confirmation from contractors/businesses.
What are the things to keep in mind?
We ONLY provide referrals to service professionals; however, it is your responsibility to conduct your own due diligence in selecting the one that best meets your needs. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the contractor directly.
What is the return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or cancel orders currently due to food safety reasons and non-returnable nature once accessed.
If a physical item you received is damaged or defective, we’ll send you a replacement. All exchanges are subject to a verification process. Email your inquiries to: info@CafeTea365.com
Damaged/Missing/Lost Items
- Contact us within 1-3 business day
- Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
- Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging, then email us the inquiries.

Leads will be remove after 5 referrals, otherwise it will remain active up to 30 days or less upon request.
