How is digital e-book delivered?

E-books are delivered via email after purchased. The e-book is in pdf format and attached in the email delivery.

Digital orders are available for 30 days. Once the 30-day period has expired, additional copies cannot be requested.

What is the return policy?

 Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or cancel orders due to non-returnable nature once accessed.

We strive to respond as quickly as possible, with requests handled in the order they're received.

Only service-related inquiries will receive a response.

We reserve the right not to respond to unsolicited, promotional, spam, or unrelated emails.

Is my email shared with others?

No. Your privacy is important to us. We DO NOT share your email address or personal contact information with service providers. They only receive your first name and details about the service(s) you're seeking.
